Participants will receive a 🏆 Trophy, 📜 Certificate, and an exclusive 🎶 Winner Concert Opportunity on August 22, 2026, at the prestigious Sol Joseph Recital Hall (SFCM).

#Participation is limited to students residing in California.
Special Awards(Total $1,500)
-Grand Prize : $300 and Solo Recital(30min) on Aug 22, 2026 in the 4th SF Music Festival.
-Best Music Teacher Prize : Certification with $100 and Opportunity to serve as a judge at next year's competition 2027.
(To the music teacher who sent many participants to our competition)
-Outstanding Performance Prize : Certification and $50
-Young Talent Prize(Violin/Viola) : Certification and Special Gifts($60 Value)
Participant Benefits :
1. All Participants will be given the opportunity to perform at Sol Joseph Recital Hall in the 4th San Francisco. International Music Festival from Aug 22, 2026.
2. All Participants receive a 🏆 Trophy, 📜 Certificate and a judge's advice/comments on their performance along by mail.
3. Free Profile photo taken by a professional photographer during the competition.


Division / Section :
🔔 Clarification: This competition categories are determined by class level, not by age. Each school will be notified of the official results after the award ceremony. Please note that category placement is based solely on class level.
◆ Junior division I : Elementary student (Kindergarten - Grade 2)
◆ Junior Division II : Elementary student (Grade 3 to Grade 5)
◆ Senior Division : Middle School Student (Grade 6 - Grade 8)
◆ Young Talent Division : High School Student (Grade 9- Grade 12)
◆ Professional Artist division : Up to Age 23

May 17, 2026, 2:30 PM, SUNDAY
Osher Salon Recital Hall, SFCM
Audition Venue :
- Hall : Osher Salon Recital Hall in San Francisco Conservatory of Music
- Address : 50 Oak Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
Rules and Guidelines :
- An awards ceremony will take place after the live competition. Winners will receive prizes and trophies on-site.
- Special Award will be announce one week later via email
- Piano accompaniment is optional. Performing without a piano will not affect your score. However, performing with piano if applicable is recommended.
- All participants are required to perform from memory.
- Repeats are not allowed in this competition. Even if a repeat symbol appears in the music, it must be performed without repeats.
- If the judges have heard enough, they may request a pause in the performance (a timer will be used).
- Participants are expected to wear neat and tidy attire.
- Participation fees are non-refundable after payment.
Eligibility & Requirement :
🌟 All Age Groups (Age 5 to 23)
🌟 Solo Instrument / Ensemble : One Piece
(Piano/Strings/Woodwind and Brass)
🌟 Solo Voice Applicants :
- Junior I & II and Senior Division : One song
- Young Talent & Professional Artist Divisions : Two Contrasting songs : Art Song&Aria
🌟 Ensemble (Limited to up to six people) : One Piece

When applying for the contest, make sure to submit both payment and application form.
Application Fee :
Solo Instrument : $130(Trophy and Certificate included)
Ensemble : $95 per each

Piano -> All String -> Woodwind/Brass/Percussion -> Voices -> Ensemble
