- Grand Prize : $350 and Solo Recital (30min) on Aug 22, 2026(SAT)
- Virtuoso Violinist / Pianist / Vocalist Prize : Certification and $150 and Solo Recital (30min) on Aug 22, 2026(SAT)
- Best Music Teacher Prize : Certification with $100 and Opportunity to serve as a judge at next year's contest.

- Young Talent Prize(Violin/Viola) : Certification and Special Gifts($60 Value)
Participant Benefits :
1. All Participants will be given the opportunity to perform at Sol Joseph Recital Hall in the 4th San Francisco International Music Festival from Aug 22, 2026.
2. All Participants receive a certificate and a judge's advice/comments on their performance along by mail


Division / Section :
Age (calculated from date of birth)
▷ Junior Division I : Up to Age 8
▷ Junior Division II : Age 9 to 12
▷ Senior Division : Age 13 to 15
▷ Young Talent Division : Age 16 to 18
▷ Young Artist Division : Age 19 to 22
▷ Professional Artist : Age 23 to Age 39
Result & Certification :
- You will be notified by email three week after the audition ends.
- The certificate of completion will be mailed to the relevant school or home.
Application Guidelines :

All performances must be memorized (except ensemble performances).

Videos must be recorded with a fixed camera. Moving or panning videos are not allowed.

The performer’s full face must be clearly visible at all times (face must be identifiable; back views will result in disqualification).

Videos previously recorded for purposes other than this competition may also be submitted.

Instrumental applicants must show both their face and instrument clearly.

Piano applicants must ensure that the piano pedals are visible in the video.

Vocal applicants must be visible from head to knees (audio mixing is strictly prohibited).

All videos must be submitted in their original, unedited form. Edited or manipulated videos will result in disqualification.

Applications must be submitted only through the website or via Google Form. During the application process, applicants must complete the participation fee payment on the payment site and then return to the application form to finish and submit it.

The participation fee can only be paid by credit card on the website (no refunds after payment).

If you believe you have completed your application but have not received a confirmation email, your application may not have been successfully submitted. Please contact youngfso.arts@gmail.com. (A confirmation email will be sent within 3–4 days after successful submission.)

🌟Solo Instrument : One Piece(No Time Limit)
(Piano/Strings/Woodwind and Brass)
🌟 Solo Voice Applicants :
- Junior I & II and Senior Division : One song(No Time Limit)
- Young Talent & Professional Artist Divisions : Two Contrasting songs : Art Song&Aria
🌟 Ensemble (Limited to up to six people) : One Piece(No Time Limit)
📢Accompaniment Notice for Voice and Instrumental Participants :
Accompaniment is optional. For selections that require accompaniment, piano accompaniment is recommended. Please note that the presence or absence of accompaniment will not affect the participant’s score.

When applying for the competition, make sure to submit both payment and application form.
